Swift and Simple Returns in 3 Steps
1. Initiate Your Return
- Reach out to our Customer Support at info@gladiatorwear.shop with your order number and the reason for your return.
2. Pack and Ship
- Use the return address provided with your order or the address our support team will provide.
- Ensure your items are in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Ready to be returned to the armory.
3. Refund or Exchange
- Refund: Your tribute will be returned within 5-7 business days after we receive the item.
- Exchange: Indicate the new size or color, and we will dispatch your replacement once the original item is inspected and approved.
Quality Issues
- If there is a defect or a mistake on our part, the Empire will cover the return shipping costs. Contact us, and we will set things right.
Note:
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
Certain items (like undergarments) may not be returnable due to hygiene reasons. This will be clearly indicated on the product page.
